I've always been a firm believer of not dwelling on the past. In order to do well you must focus on today and tomorrow. But what happens when the ghosts come looking for you? When they chase you and you have no choice? This past week many "ghosts" from my past have come to "check up" some with more permanent spots in my life and some just wanting to see how I'm doing... But either way my mind continues to dwell on what happened then... To think of all the good times... and bad... that we have had... How can we stop ourselves from doing this? Can we actually will something out of our minds? I've tried many times but I have continually failed. It's frustrating to see all this happen... To see myself getting attached to these "ghosts" and having the fear that things will end the same way... what to do....

Lately I've been having trouble with a harassing psycho ex... So what do I do to get rid of him?

The journey of life is difficult. I think we can all agree on that... I guess the true matter is how we deal with it. Rough times come through our lives quite frequently... So who should we turn to for encouragement to continue pushing through it? I've heard so many times someone saying "When is it going to get easier?" The problem with this question is that no one really wants the answer. Never. The true fact is, If life didn't have the struggles... We wouldn't be able to really appreciate the blessings... So as I'm reminding myself, each struggle we go through is a new way to teach us something... Take it with you and grow from each experience. So take a breath and see a blessing... The sky is not falling :)
